Franklin students break scholarship record

For the first time ever, Franklin Police and Fire High School, a small specialty school in the Phoenix Union High School District, has topped the $1 million mark for scholarship offers, and it’s only February.  

Anahi Ruiz earned scholarships  from Southern Utah University and Grand Canyon University for a total of $74,000 bringing their  total to $1,025,264.
