The Peoria Unified School District is proud to announce its Glendale before and after school program called EXCEL. This program will be available at Desert Palms, Desert Valley, Foothills and Marshall Ranch elementary schools and will provide a place where students can excel in a supervised, safe and enriched environment.
This program will be available beginning August 6, 2014 for kindergarten through eighth-grade students that are registered at any of these four schools. EXCEL will run from 6 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. for schools with an 8 a.m. start time and from 6 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for schools with 8:40 a.m. start time. It will conclude at 6 p.m.
The registration packet may be downloaded online, or picked up at any of the four schools’ office locations during the school year, or may be obtained at the District Administration Center (DAC) at 6330 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale at any time.
Parents interested In registering their child for EXCEL during the 2014-15 school year should turn in the completed registration packet to any of the four schools through June 5 or at the DAC during the summer. Summer office hours are available on the district’s website at www.peoriaud.k12.az.us.
