Authorities are seeking 43-year-old Joseph Fulton of Monticello, a suspect identified by Kentucky State Police in an ongoing murder investigation. The authorities said that he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Fulton is reported to be 6 feet tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and blue jeans. Investigators believe he may be traveling in a 2008 gray or tan Dodge Nitro with a Kentucky licence plate reading BHH801. The vehicle apparently is registered to his mother, Mary Fulton.
An active arrest warrant has been issued by the KSP for Fulton. The public is being requested to help locate this individual. Any individual with related information may contact KSP Post 11 at (606) 878-6622, call 911, or submit anonymous tips to KSP’s line at 67283.
During the continuation of the investigation, the police continue to solicit assistance from local residents to be vigilant and immediately report any possible instances of Fulton’s being spotted.
