Virtual Graduation Project: Speeches to inspire Arizona’s future leaders

We may not have Alicia Keys, former President Obama, the K-pop sensation BTS, Lady Gaga or Malala, but we do have a few mayors, teachers, superintendents and business leaders who will be sharing their wisdom in graduation speeches through Inspired Connections‘ Virtual Graduation Project: Speeches to Inspire Arizona’s Future Leaders.
Concerned that many Arizona graduates may be feeling disappointed with how the Covid-19 pandemic has upended their important day, one Arizona resident reached out to random folks to write and record their own inspiring messages and make certain the grads feel seen and celebrated as they mark the important milestone in their lives.
More than 40 Arizonans stepped up to share speeches for those about to go through their Eighth Grade promotions, or graduate High School or College.
First, schools are being sent links to the messages to utilize in class and to pick and choose which ones they might share with their communities.
Starting next week and through May 22nd, messages from teachers, superintendents, journalists, students, mayors, moms, dads, business leaders and others will be shared more broadly with the public.
