Scottsdale schools host science, math, fine arts showcase

 The Coronado Learning Community will host a Science, Math and Fine Arts Showcase from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at Supai Middle School at 6720 E. Continental in Scottsdale.

Community members, parents, students and teachers at Hohokam Traditional, Pima Elementary, Tonalea Elementary, Yavapai Elementary, Supai Middle and Coronado High are invited to attend this event.

 At the event, there will be science and math activities for all ages and student projects will be showcased in the Gym.

The schedule for student performances is:

  • 4:30 p.m. – Supai Strings
  • 4:50 p.m. – Hohokam 5th Grade Singers
  • 5:10 p.m. – Pima Singers
  • 5:30 p.m. – Yavapai 3rd Grade Singers
  • 5:50 p.m. – Tonalea Choir
  • 6:10 p.m. – Coronado High Instrumental

Scottsdale Prevention Institute, Scottsdale Boys and Girls Club, Vista del Camino and Scottsdale Library will have booths at the event. Light refreshments will be served.
