The Phoenix Police Department is holding an Audio and Video Public Service Announcement contest for high school students entitled  “Too Young to Drink” Stop Underage Drinking Contest.

Entries from Camelback, Metro Tech and South Mountain are among the finalists in the video contest, and South and Camelback are finalists in the audio category.

The public can hear or view them at, and vote for their favorites.  A panel of judges, made up of members of the media will determine the top three finishers in each category.

The winning video PSA is slated to play in Harkins Theatres for a month following the awards ceremony.  It is anticipated that over 250,000 people will view them in the theatres, in addition to those who view them on YouTube.

The Awards Ceremony will be held in the banquet hall at Metro Tech High School, April 9, when the top three finishers in each category will be announced and the awards will be presented.
