Isaac School District announces it will host a free back-to-school wellness fair for the community on Saturday, July 15 at Isaac Middle School from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Services will include no-cost immunizations, haircuts, dental and fluoride varnish screenings, medical screenings for adults and children, information on medical benefit enrollment and information on community resources.
“We are excited to help our students prepare for a great school year, and look forward to having the entire community out to take advantage of these services.” said superintendent Dr. Mario Ventura. “We’ll be offering medical screenings, immunizations, information on medical benefits enrollment and so much more, so it’s a great opportunity to come out and make sure you and your family are starting off a new school year as healthy as possible.”
The event will also have plenty of music, entertainment, photo opportunities with mascot, Dr. Health E. Hound and school enrollment packets available for Isaac students. The first 800 students to attend will also receive free backpacks.
