The Glendale Elementary School District is looking for excellent teaching and support staff to join our outstanding team of employees, and will host its Second Annual Job Fair on Saturday, Jan. 30 in the gym at the Landmark School, 5730 W. Myrtle.
Interviews for certified staff will take place from 9 a.m. to noon, while interviews for support positions will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. To register for the event please go to:

GESD is currently accepting applications for certified positions for the 2016-17 school year for all grade levels, including Pre-K, seventh- and eighth-grade subject areas, related arts (art, band, PE, music and media literacy) and special education. Psychologists, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and social emotional learning specialists are encouraged to also encouraged to apply.
In addition, the District also will accept applications for support staff positions for the current school year, as well at the 2016-17 school year. Positions include bus drivers, bus monitors, food service workers, educational assistants, cleaners/maintenance personnel and clerical.
Certified applicants will be contacted by a member of the District’s Human Resources team to schedule an interview once you are registered. Support staff applicants should also register for the event, and will be scheduled for an interview at the event. All those interested must complete an on-line application no later than January 27, 2016 to confirm your interview at the career fair. If you submitted an application prior to January 2015, please resubmit your application.
