Tuesday, January 31st, 4-6 p.m.

Phoenix Coding Academy

4555 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix 85012 (Get Directions)

The community will have the opportunity to hear from six finalists for small school principals in the Phoenix Union High School District.

There are three anticipated openings due to retirements (Linda Abril Education Academy and Bostrom) and the opening of a new small college prep academy in partnership with the Wilson School District.

Each finalist will have an equal length of time (approximately 15 minutes) to make a brief statement and answer a set of questions.

Attendees are also encouraged to write comments about the candidates that will be reviewed by the Superintendent before recommendation to the Governing Board.

The candidate selected for the college prep academy will start immediately, while the others will begin small school principal assignments in July, for the 2017-18 school year.
