While attending a birthday celebration in Phoenix early on Sunday morning, a 22-year-old man was shot and murdered, according to authorities. The gunshot occurred on August 4 at around 2:45 a.m. close to 93rd Avenue and Thomas Road. When Phoenix Police officers got there, they discovered that 22-year-old Luis Angel Carranza had been shot.
