A person is being treated for serious injuries that were sustained in a traffic incident on US 60 near Versailles in Woodford County late last Thursday morning.
The man was said to have been involved in a first collision and had gotten out of his vehicle. While standing on the road, he was hit by a second car by the police. Paramedics rushed to the scene and took the injured man to the University of Kentucky Hospital.
