After a collision on the southbound Twin Bridge in Henderson in July, authorities have reported that one individual has passed away. Authorities claim that on July 28, Alvaro Agular, 36, struck a motorcycle on the bridge. The following morning, he was charged with assault, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and other offences.
Eyewitness News has been informed by Sheriff Chip Stauffer that the accident victim passed away early on Wednesday. The deceased’s name has not yet been made public.
