Following a collision with a Jeep Cherokee, a guy riding a motorbike was transported to University of Louisville Hospital with critical injuries.
Around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, police from Louisville Metro responded to a collision on Westport Road close to Briarwood. EMS and firefighters from Louisville were also dispatched to the area.
According to reports, the motorcycle was heading east on Westport Road when it collided with the Jeep, which was allegedly traveling west on the road and trying to make a left hand turn onto Japonica Way.
As the LMPD Traffic Unit continues to investigate the crash, this is the only information currently available.
