I 10 westbound lanes reopen after deadly motorcycle crash in west Phoenix

The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 in West Phoenix were reopened after an early Saturday morning fatal motorcycle crash near 67th Avenue. Authorities were dispatched to the scene of the accident shortly after 12:45 a.m., Arizona Department of Public Safety officials said.

However, when authorities arrived at the scene, they found that only a motorcycle was involved in the accident. Whether there were several passengers on the bike or just one person cannot be confirmed.

The cause of the crash remains undetermined and other details, including who the victims are, yet to be given out.
