A murder trial that was supposed to start on Monday morning has now been postponed.
The murder trial of Christopher Boyd Jr. is scheduled for Monday, December 2, according to court documents.
Boyd is charged with Jerry Hale’s 34-year-old murder by shooting.
On January 1st, this occurred on East Riverside Drive.
According to court documents, the state wants to supplement Boyd’s charges with a felony firearm enhancement.
