The Leadership Scholarship Program recognizes outstanding high school graduating seniors who have achieved excellence in leadership.
Twenty-one high school seniors from Arizona and up to four out-of-state high school seniors are selected for the scholarship each year.
Established in 1977 to develop exceptional leadership skills among promising scholars, this program has a long-standing history at Arizona State University.
Students in the program will participate in the following:
Two leadership development courses designed specifically for this program
Mentoring by an ASU staff member
Monthly meetings with all current ASU LSP students
Social activities, such as a leadership retreat and holiday events
Networking with LSP alumni
Living on the campus of their major (required for first-year recipients)
