Scottsdale students participate in ArtWalk

Scottsdale Unified School District students from Arcadia, Chaparral, Coronado, Desert Mountain and Saguaro High Schools will have artwork exhibited at the Scottsdale Gallery Association’s 40th Anniversary ArtWalk in Old Town Scottsdale on Thursday, Oct 23.

There will also be live performances featuring Coronado High School’s Marching Band under the direction of Dr. Shultz Bennett.

Scottsdale students participate in ArtWalk ScottsdaleGalleryAssociationArtWalkHP1Scottsdale Unified students, parents, community members and local artists are invited to attend a dedication ceremony at 6 p.m. in Old Town Scottsdale at 7058 E. Main Street, take part in the ArtWalk at 7 p.m. and stay until the end of the event at 9 p.m.

“America’s Original ArtWalk” celebrates the kickoff of the cultural high season with the historic Scottsdale ArtWalk every Thursday night. Galleries are active with a night full of art openings, live music, food samplings and more! Hosted by the SGA in partnership with the City of Scottsdale.
