Rio Rico High School JROTC hosts NFL Punt, Pass and Kick Competition

NFL Punt Pass Kick HP

Santa Cruz County boys and girls are invited to participate in the National Football League Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition to be held at Rio Rico High School on Saturday, September 26, 2015.

The event is free to every youngster who wishes to participate.

Rio Rico High School JROTC hosts NFL Punt, Pass and Kick Competition KickThe NFL Punt, Pass and Kick  program is a national skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 15 to compete separately against their peers.

Established in 1961, the PPK program is the oldest NFL Youth Football program.

Girls and boys in five separate age divisions (6-7, 8-9, 10-11 12-13, and 14-15) compete against each other in punting, passing and kicking in a fun and engaging forum.

Winners from each group move on to additional rounds of competition.

Thousands of boys and girls from around the country take part in PPK competitions every year, making this one of the world’s largest youth sports participation programs.
