Register now for the InSideOut Initiative for student athletes’ character development

The Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) and the InSideOut Educational Steering Committee (Arizona School Boards Association, Arizona School Administrators, Arizona Basketball Coaches Association) invite you to join us for the kickoff of the InSideOut Initiative (ISOI) on October 28th.

The ISOI is a fully-funded, 3-year partnership that serves and empowers school leaders, athletic directors, and coaches in the social-emotional and character development of student-athletes.

During this one-day, invitation-only forum, we will introduce you to the InSideOut Initiative, discuss the value of a purpose-based sports culture, and provide a pathway to align school stakeholders in utilizing interscholastic athletics for human growth and development.

A three-year longitudinal study will be conducted to benefit all participating school communities.

The launch of the InSideOut Initiative in Arizona will take place with Educational Leaders on Wednesday, October 28th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. via Zoom.
