Kyrene Elementary School Puts Fall Twist on Classic STEM Project

Kyrene de los Cerritos Leadership Academy will be holding a school wide STEM project in which students design an apparatus to protect a small pumpkin from being smashed when dropped. The event will be hosted Monday, October 31 at 8:30 a.m.

Kyrene students, teachers and staff are all invited. Best apparatus design and surviving pumpkins that land closest to a target on the ground will be entered to receive a special award.
