Jefferson Preparatory High School, a charter public high school that prepares students for a life of real success and real meaning, announced today that it will host its first-ever family Movie Night on Saturday, May 16th at its campus located near 51st Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale.
This free community event will begin at 7:00 p.m. Bring your lawn chair and meet us on the west outdoor basketball court.
Before the film rolls at 8:00 p.m., and continuing through the evening, JPHS will draw for raffle items that include gift cards for iTunes, as well as cards for a wide array of local restaurants.
Parents and students will also have the opportunity to learn more about Jefferson Prep. JPHS is a high school that provides real choice, offering education based on a powerful philosophy: we teach children how to think, not what to think. We use a classical approach to instruction that gives students a solid foundation in liberal arts and humanities, with an emphasis on academic rigor and discipline.
Registration materials for the Fall semester will be available. Faculty members will also be on-hand, ready to answer parent and student questions.
