Karin Smith from Heinfeld, Meech & Co. has asked us to share some important information about the Enrollment Stabilization Grant that was sent out to local Education agencies’s earlier this week.
The Arizona’s Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting sent out an email to all LEA’s who received the Enrollment Stabilization Grant with notice that an ”Activity Report” must be uploaded to the eCivis portal within 7 business days [most districts received this notice on Tuesday, April 6].
This report summarizes the District expenses in Fund 328 by general categories such as personnel, fringe benefits, contractual services, supplies, etc.
This must be completed on the form provided and uploaded under the “Submit Activity Report” menu item on eCivis.
This notice was sent to the email address attached to the eCivis portal which may have been someone other than the finance official in your district.
