Honoring Cesar Chavez – Adam Lopez Falk

Alhambra Elementary School District Governing Board President Adam Lopez Falk says his father told him about Cesar Chavez breaking his fast in 1972 at the Del Webb townhouse just up Central Avenue “taking about the energy in the room, the people he saw there.”

Falk says as he began his public service he was “part of a fast to protest some of the policies put together by some of the former political leaders here in Phoenix.”
