“Parent University is a college exposure and planning event for the entire family,” said Jimmy Hart, director of TUSD’s African-American Student Services, one of the departments helping to put on the event. “We are grateful for Pima Community College and the West Campus because our students in grades K-12 have an opportunity to engage in career planning on a college campus in a college classroom.  What better way to experience college than on a college campus.”

Children ages 6 to 10 will attend Kids Kollege, a program designed to expose them to college with an engaging, fun approach aimed at their grade levels. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and child care is available for children ages 1 to 5.
