Court ruling on the Prop. 208 Invest In Ed lawsuit

The court has issued a ruling on the Prop 208 Invest in Ed lawsuit.

In the ruling the court denied the state’s request for a preliminary injunction on Prop 208 [Invest In Ed]. This is a positive step.
