Catalina Foothills School District asked their veteran teachers for their best advice for new teachers.

Several experienced educators took the time to respond to the question, “What do you wish you knew when you first started teaching?”

Their answers just might surprise you.

The following video is one of a series of four videos produced by Dr. Mary Jo Conery, associate superintendent for the Tucson area school district that serves 5,200 students, for the Catalina Foothills School District’s New Teacher Orientations last week.
