Cactus Shadows High School Is Pleased To Announce Their Student Newspaper,

Cactus Shadows High School is pleased to announce their student newspaper, CSPress, has been named a semi-finalist for Columbia Scholastic Press Association’s (CSPA) Gold Crown Awards.

A total of 1,236 digital, newspapers, magazines and yearbooks published during the 2012-2013 academic year were eligible for judging.

Cactus Shadows High School is pleased to announce their student newspaper,
CSPress, has been named a semi-finalist for Columbia Scholastic Press Association’s
(CSPA) Gold Crown Awards.

All entries were judged at Columbia University from December 14-16, 2013 by the Board of Crown Judges.

Both print and digital publications were judged on writing/editing, design, content, concept, photography, art and graphics.

The Awards for Scholastic Crown recipients will take place in New York City in the spring of 2015.
