Cactus High robotics team heads to World Championships

The Cactus High School robotics team won big at a Robotics Competition earlier this month.

The team dubbed the Cobra Commanders took first place in the Northern Arizona Regional Robotics Competition earning them a spot at the World Championships in St. Louis, MO.

This is the first time in 16 years that the Cactus High School team has qualified for the world championships and they are excited to compete with over 800 teams from around the globe.

Students are looking for help in getting them to the World Championship and have set-up a Go Fund Me page to help cover some of the costs of the trip. Visit this link if you would like to contribute:
