Aliana Woods, a senior at Mountain Ridge High School, is the latest winner of the AZEdNews Scholarship sponsored by The Brand Agency.

Woods is planning on going to Arizona State University next year to study psychology.

Woods submitted a one-minute video submission about what she needed the scholarship for.

“If I got this money it would be a great help for myself and my family in order to pay for my college. If I won this scholarship I would put the money towards buying any textbooks for classes,” Woods said in her application.

The AZEdNews Scholarship sponsored by The Brand Agency is a quarterly opportunity for a public high school senior to be awarded $500 to apply toward their post-secondary education expenses at community colleges, trade schools, and universities.

The Brand Agency has done print and graphic development for ASBA for more than 10 years.

Arizona public high school seniors can apply now for AZEdNews Scholarships sponsored by The Brand Agency by submitting a video entry that is less than a minute long saying why they’d like the scholarship in from now until June 30, 2021.
