Cyber schools flunk, but tax money keeps flowing

Taxpayers send nearly $2 billion a year to online schools where students can receive a free public education. While the cyber schools are great at driving up enrollment, lobbying and making campaign donations, new state report cards show they’re not so good at educating kids.
