ALL In Education Holds Community Conversations to Help Address Education Needs in Phoenix During School Closures

  • |

To listen to the educational needs of the Hispanic community during the COVID-19 pandemic is priority for the new Executive Director of ALL In Education, Stephanie Parra. Worried about the disproportionate disadvantages low-income students face as a result of school closures, Parra invites parents, teachers, students, and community leaders in Phoenix to share their needs through virtual community conversations to be held via Facebook Live and Zoom. The purpose of these conversations is to develop a platform of priorities to address the challenges Latinos face in education.

ALL In Education will host virtual community conversations to listen to the concerns of the Latino community as a result of school closures due to COVID-19 and the lack of resources and access to appropriate levels of at-home learning during school closures. To sign up, visit allineducation.org. A secure link to a Zoom meeting and Facebook Live will be shared upon registering.
